The Provincial Court of Valencia finds that the president of the Spanish Football Federation has indeed paid the professional for the work carried out in the reform of the house
The Provincial Court of Valencia has ruled against the architect Yasmina Eid-Maccheh, who for more than seven years has demanded more than 120,000 euros from Luis Rubiales for the renovation and furnishing of a house in that city. The court considers, as the Court of First Instance 19 of Valencia has already done, the arguments of the President of the Spanish Football Federation (FEF), represented in the proceedings by the office of Gómez Tejedor, who has shown that he did have said professional paid for the work is done.
The magistrates reject the appeal of the architect and her partner Juan José García against the judgment in first instance, which is dated February 2019. In addition, it orders them to pay the costs. In September 2021, the provincial court of Valencia also convicted the architect of harassment of Rubiales and her daughters, either with her physical presence, comments to third parties or verbal attacks.
