The compromise partners will be able to ask questions for the Assembly from this Monday

From this Monday, June 13, 10 a.m. to Wednesday, 15 a.m. to 6 p.m., all compromise partners called to Telematic Extraordinary Assembly Thursday, June 16 at 6:30 pm On the first call, they can send the club their questions on the topics that make up points 2 and 3 of the agenda, via a form accessible from the club’s website, at site dedicated to the Assembly.

It should be noted that points 2 and 3 of the Assembly refer to the authorization for the sale of a minority stake in Barça Licensing & Merchandising (BLM) which handles business licensing and club goodsand for allocating up to 25% of revenue for the exploitation of LaLiga TV rights.

Questions submitted by the compromises will be answered by the Board of Directors during the Assembly.

Participating engagement partners will also have a second channel to ask their questions. during the same Assemblyonce it is marked by the order of the day, they can ask for it directly from the virtual room and ask questions using voice and live photo via videoconference.

Committing partners are gathered at 6:30 pm for the first call and at 7:00 pm for the second call. The Table of the Assembly, with the presence of members of Board of Directorswill consist of Auditorium 1899and the development of the agenda will begin with the president’s report, to then address the two agenda points in their respective votes.
