Bayer Leverkusen made official on Thursday the inclusion of Martin Terrier for the next five seasons, until June 2029. The French striker arrives from Rennes to strengthen the attack of Xabi Alonso’s team, new Bundesliga champions for the first time in his story.
The aspirin club will pay 22 million euros to the French club for the transfer of the versatile French attacker, 27 years old. “Martin has great finishing ability and can occupy several positions: he is a great footballer whose profile fits our team perfectly. We are very happy that he has chosen us,” commented Simon Rolfes , Leverkusen sporting director.
“In Martin Terrier we have acquired a dangerous, fast and intelligent attacker. He will add new and attractive aspects to our offensive game,” declared the manager.
