Sorribes: “This medal is a lifelong dream”

Sarah Sorribeswhich includes Cristina Bucsa won bronze at the Paris Games, he assured that he fulfilled “a dream” that was “far beyond expectations” as his ambition since childhood was “just to be a tennis player.”

“I remember that in 2014 I said that all I wanted was to be a tennis player, to earn from it, to enjoy my passion and I achieved it. My career has been better than I dreamed ( .. .) This medal is everyone’s dream a life,” said the Spaniard in a mixed zone.

Sara became the first athlete from Castellón to win a medal in the history of the Olympic Games. The Vall d’Uixó tennis player has made history, as she has achieved a medal, something that four other athletes in Castellón have achieved and none of them are women, thus making history twice.
