Seven riders achieved the double at the 2024 Andalusian Paralympic Cycling Championshipheld this Saturday at the Jerez-Ángel Nieto Circuit, by winning the time trial and individual road tests.
This event, which took place at speedway facilities that normally host motor tests, had a participation of thirty athletes of varying performance, organization reported.
In the individual time trial test, held at a distance of 8.6 kilometers, the native of Malaga achieved victory Leonardo Pedreroin the MB category; the sevillian Antonio Garcia (MC2), the man from Malaga Juan Antonio Velazquez (MC3), the man from Granada Francisco Javier Olmedo (MC4) and Cordovan Manuel Moyano (MC5).
Furthermore, in the MH3 modality, the winner is the native of Granada Hector Esturillo; on MH4, Hector Riverathe Sevillian Raquel Dominguez in WC4 and Maria Luz Aroca in WH4.
In the online test, where four laps of the speed circuit layout were completed, they repeated the victory in their categories Pedrero, García, Velázquez, Olmedo, Esturillo and the women Domínguez and Aroca.
In MC5, victory went to Sevillian José Manuel Castillo and Juan Rivera won the title of MH4 winner.
