After his superb performance on Saturday (62), Jon put himself in a great position to claim his second consecutive LIV Golf title, but he lacked the final inspiration. He made his record debut in the Arab Super League in Manchester (England)a real incentive before facing the Olympics.

However, Rahm suffered Paris a fall in the final holes and threw away an advantage that would have given him victory and Olympic gold had he not been so flawed in that final stage. The Spaniard (5th) was even left without a medal.
