Serbian midfielder Darko Brasanac stressed on Friday after Leganés’ 2-0 defeat at Betis that it was “difficult to stay in defense for a long time”, and acknowledged that they were “not comfortable” and that they had “a different plan ” but they cannot “do better.”
“To correct the mistakes and prepare well for what is coming,” the former Betic player told Movistar, acknowledging that they should “have more balls with a longer action” and confident that “next those games we’re going to do better.”
“We trust in our work, trust in the coach -Borja Jiménez- and our teammates,” added Darko Brasanac, who on his return to Villamarín emphasized that “it is always special.”
“My family and I have a special love for this city. The people also have love for me. Betis brought me and I have been in Spain for nine years,” he stressed.
