La Real will start the fourth season of the Walking Football project, an initiative created with the aim of promoting an active and healthy lifestyle for people over 55 years of age in Gipuzkoa, through football training adapted to their age and needs.
The program aims to guarantee safe and appropriate physical activity by adapting certain rules: matches are played on foot, physical contact is avoided and the ball is lifted at a height of head is not allowed. In addition, this project aims to create an environment where participants can socialize and enjoy each other’s company while staying fit.
Training takes place in Zubieta every Tuesday from 11:00 to 12:30, and in Arrasate every Wednesday at the same time.
