Pegula suffered to cross Badosa’s path in Beijing

The American Jessica Pegula, second seed in the China Open WTA 1000, defeated Russian Veronika Kudermetova this Sunday by 6-7(9), 6-1 and 6-2 in 2 hours and 39 minutes, securing their place in the round of 16.
