The Presidents Cup comes with an American edge on the final day of competition, where 12 singles will be played, after a long Saturday at the Royal Montreal Golf Club.

The US team leads with an 11-7 margin over the International team.

The United States won the last three foursome matches on Saturday afternoon. The first team to reach 15 and a half points wins.

The USA got the final three points of the day when the pairing of Collin Morikawa and Sam Burns was enough on the 18th hole, earning them a 1-up win over the Canadian pairing of Mackenzie Hughes and Corey Conners, followed by victories from Scottie Scheffler / Russell Henley and Patrick Cantlay and Xander Schauffele.

Australian Adam Scott and Canadian Taylor Pendrith bounced back from a rough morning session to beat Brian Harmon and Max Homa by 2 points and score the first point of the afternoon session.

Cantlay and Schauffele won 1 against South Koreans Si Woo Kim and Tom Kim.

Saturday’s game was delayed for one hour and 37 minutes due to weather.
