Article 15 of RFEF Disciplinary Code refers to the “responsibility of clubs” in this type of events.

“When, on the occasion of a match, the order is changed, the physical integrity of referees, players, technicians or people in general is undermined or endangered, material damage or injury is caused, invasion of the field of play, symbols is shown or violent. , racist, xenophobic or intolerant chants or insults are uttered, or the normal progress of the match is noticeably disturbed, the organizing club will bear responsibility, unless it proves diligent compliance with its obligations and the adoption of preventive measures required by sports legislation to prevent such incidents or reduce their severity,” he explained.

“To determine the seriousness of the facts, the concurrent circumstances will be taken into account, such as whether or not the damages occurred; the appreciation of the obvious danger that could arise, unless the diligence of the organizer intervened to avoid its influence on the normal development of the game; the presence or absence of precedents; the disciplinary code.

Its Article 107, which refers to “changing the order of the match of a serious nature”, states: “When, on the occasion of a match, events arise as those specified in article 15 of this regulation, and classified as judged serious according to the rules set for the requested order in section 2, and this is the first time in the season, the responsible club will be fined up to 6,000 euros and partial closure of sports facilities for a match , warning him of the total closure of his sports facilities in the event of a recurrence”.

“The penalty of partial closure of the sports area will be carried out by celebrating the match or matches affected by the penalty, closing to the public the area (sector, etc.) of the sports area determined by the disciplinary body.
