Daniel Maldinison of former player of AC Milan and the Italian team Paolo Maldinireceived its first call with the Italy for the next two Nations League games, against Belgium and Israel.
The Monza striker, last in the Italian league after six games, will become the third Maldini to wear the colors of the Nazionale if the coach Luciano Spalletti he was summoned, after his father Paul (56) and his grandfather Cesare Maldinidied in 2016.
