The Billie Jean King Cup is changing television and will no longer be seen free-to-air

Between November 13 and 20, the best teams in world women’s tennis will seek the title of Billie Jean King Cupformer Federation Cup.

Spain, which will compete with Paula Badosa, Jéssica Bouzas, Cristina Bucsa, Núria Parrizas and Sara Sorribeswill face Poland in the quarter-final tie, which will not have the presence of its great star, Iga Swiatek.

All this can be followed by Movistar Plus, which this Friday announced that it has acquired the rights of the competition, replacing Spanish Television, which had broadcast the tournament in previous years.

In this way, the payment operator adds a new tennis event to the existing ones, such as Wimbledon, the US Open, the Masters 1000, the ATP Finals and the Davis Cup, which will also be held on those dates in Malaga.
