Carlos Sainz will lead the starting grid of the 2024 F1 Mexican GP this Sunday, starting from first position after taking the stratospheric pole in qualifying this Saturday.
The Spaniard beat his rivals in both Q3 attempts at a track where mistakes are so easy, as were his two rivals on Sunday, Verstappen and Norris, second and third on the starting grid for F1 2024’s Mexican GP.
The Spaniard will have to face the current world champion and leader of the World Championship, who will start in 2nd, very attentive to Lando Norris, his main rival for the crown with 5 races remaining.
