‘Units as usual‘, that’s the great motto with which Valencia and Puma seek to raise money against DANA. The Mestalla club launched the t-shirt this Tuesday that the collection will go in its entirety to all localities affected by the flood.
With a symbolic price of 25 euros for adults and 20 for childrenthe initiative, according to the club, aims to “help the return of sports and educational activities for children affected by DANA that hit the province of Valencia.”
This is not the first initiative carried out by Valencia, which has opened the doors of Mestalla on October 30, a day after DANA hit the province, where they received over one million kilos of food and basic needs for only five days tomorrow.
However, the truth is that Valencia, or Peter Lim not that, They have not given a single euro from their budgetalthough now they hope to raise a significant amount of money through the initiative.
“My thoughts and prayers are with the entire city. I hope everyone and their families stay safe,” was Kiat Lim’s message a day after the tragedy occurred, although the largest shareholder did not open his mouth to give any donation or at least give condolences to the dead Valencians.
Now, this t-shirt, featuring the slogan, ‘Units as usual‘, born in the club’s own official anthem, aims to help the reconstruction of the areaalthough it is currently unknown what the club’s next steps will be.
