Receiving threatening letters – Why the magistrate boss could be blackmailed

A municipal employee in Wels was relieved of duty. He is said to have sent threatening letters to the director of the city government to regain his civil servant status. There is a lot of speculation among the magistrate about what kind of “incriminating material” there is. One rumor is particularly popular.

Another chair has become vacant in the construction law department of the Wels magistrate. An employee was fired. He is said to have blackmailed magistrate director Peter Franzmayr to obtain civil servant status and promotions for himself and four colleagues. The magistrate director was threatened with publishing images and videos that would damage his reputation.
