The under-19 women’s team This Saturday they defeated Iceland 3-0 at the Pinatar Arena, achieving qualification for the next qualifying round for the European Championship of the category to be held in Poland next year.
After opening the stage with a defeat in Northern Ireland (6-0), Javier Lerga’s team sealed the victory and the fast track pass thanks to goals before the half-hour mark by Cristina Libran (m.8), Daniela Agote (m. 24) and Celia Segura (m. 26).
With the goal achieved, Spain kept control of the match and the coach was able to distribute minutes against an opponent with almost no problems.
