Manchester City and Leeds are all ready for the signing of the transfer of the English international midfielder Kalvin Phillips from the Elland Road club to the Etihad, according to Fabrizio Romano. According to British media, The city will pay 49 million euros for Kalvin Phillips and 3.5 in variables.
