With thirteen goals, he is the competition’s Golden Boot, tied with Erling Haaland, in addition to being the player who has produced the most goals, between goals and assists, with 21, four ahead of Cole Palmer. Liverpool also lead the standings with four points ahead of Chelsea, but one point lower.
This is the first time since October 2023 that Salah has won this award. He has won it a total of six times, putting him level with Cristiano Ronaldo and Steven Gerrard and leaving him one behind the likes of Sergio Agüero and Harry Kane. The Premier League also named the Dutchman Arne Slott (Liverpool) coach of the month.
