Sivera, in the operating room: one month out

Antonio Sivera, Alavés goalkeeper, suffering a broken at the base of the second metacarpal of his left hand and had to undergo surgery to repair the damage, as reported by Babazorro’s team on Tuesday.

The Albiazul goalkeeper was injured last Sunday in the match between Alavés and Valencia in Mestalla. Initial tests concluded that the man from Jávea had suffered a broken hand.

Complementary medical tests were then performed damage confirmed and medical services recommend that the player pass operating room to undergo a metacarpal osteosynthesis.

The operation will take place in Valencia in the near future Friday the 27th and it will be performed by Dr. Vicente Carratalá. Once the intervention is done, the period of recovery, which in any case It will not be less than a month.
