Oleksandr Usyk received the OMB’s order to start negotiations for defending the title against Joseph Parker, amid the alleged conversation between Ukrainian and Daniel Dubois for a fight to become a champion of heavyweights.
Usyk defended his OMB belt, CMB and Amb at a unique decision about Tyson Fury in December, and Dubois held the title of fiber. Usyk, 38, arrested Dubois in the ninth attack of his fight for the title of 2023, and the British media reported this week that a rematch was prepared, perhaps at the Wembley Stadium.
But OMB ordered USYK and Parker teams to start negotiations. If they have not reached an agreement within 30 days, the punishment agency announced that it would be requested by an auction.
Dubois, 27, will be faced in Parker in Saudi Arabia last month, but retired to tell a disease. Parker defeated Dubois’ latest replacement Martin Bakole, by knockout in the second attack. Last May, Usyk became the first unobtrusive champion of the world of heavy weights for 24 years by beating the fury in his first fight.
Usyk later left the fiber and the Dubo Belt Vacant was promoted to champion.
Parker, 33, is a former WBO champion. New Zealander won the belt in December 2016 when he defeated Andy Ruiz and lost his Anthony Joshua 15 months later.
