Madrid provides another step in construction of the F1 circuit

The contract includes assembly and dating all of the temporary track structures and facilities that allow the race celebration, as well as the replacement of public roads that will be part of the route to their sunny use once it is over.

The Madrid Circuit will be called ‘Madring’, and there will be a track in urban sectors and others that will not be. It will have a length of about five and a half kilometers (5,400 meters) and 20 curves, and the estimated return time, in qualification, is approximately one minute and 32 seconds.

Designed under the standards of Grade 1 Homologation of FIA, 4,100 meters pass within the IFEMA Madrid plots, while another 1,300 in the public road section.

Acciona is detailed that the ute will ensure the unity of the tools in the implementation of the works, “minimizing potential conditions in running fields and traveling vehicles.”

So far, Madrid has nine times, as a Grand Prix of Spain, a Formula One World Cup, all in the Jarama Circuit: The First in 1968, with the success of English Graham Hill; and the last in 1981, when the Canada Gilles Villeneuve imposed.

The action will re -use about 700,000 cubic land meters from the cover and excavation and the CO2 issued work will be paid to concrete maintenance steps.

ACT and Eiffage Construction will use renewable HVO Biofuel for machinery and vehicles, as well as renewable electricity for employment facilities.

In addition, 60 % of the total land and the material to move are re -available at work itself and the remaining 40 % percent will be stored for use in other works.
