Caicedo surrenders Isco, Abde and Antony: “Dangerous”

Date:

Moisés Caicedo, Chelsea’s midfielder, said they would compete “without thinking about fatigue” due to the fact that Real Betis will have 48 hours more margin to prepare the final conference league.

The Ecuadorian player attended the media on Chelsea’s ‘Media Day’ on Tuesday before the final against Betis, on May 28 in Breslavia (Poland).

‘Blues’, before the final, plays this Sunday against the Nottingham Forest, in a very important game for them as they are playing to qualify for the Champions League against a direct rival. Meanwhile, Betis will have 48 hours of rest since he played his league on Friday.

“We have two finals, but we’re thinking about Sunday, that’s the first. It’s the first final. I can’t tell you what I want to get (classifying champions or winning at the conference) because I like the same, so. We will compete the same way on Sunday and Wednesday because the truth is that we are a funny team and what we want is the two,” said Caicedo.

Regarding fatigue, Caicedo said this was not a factor in their minds.

“The team will prepare the best way and we will compete without thinking that we are resting less or something, because the final wish we have to win, right? We will go to mindless mindlessness, which is not. Then we just want to win and have it.”

At a personal level, for Caicedo to win this title, the first of his career in England was “very important.”

“It’s very important for me, for my career, to continue to grow up. We are a kid and a good team. What we want is to win, win, win and continue to grow. Continue to gain experience. This will help us to continue having experience and we are sure we will play more finals.”

Asked about Betis’s maximum threat, Caicedo mentioned Antony, Isco and Abde. “These are dangerous players, especially attacks,” concludes Ecuadorian International.
