FIFA hardens a fine against racism

The FIFA It has only made its official changes to the discipline code and where the great novels reside in the procedure on racists or antidiscriminatory behavior, which includes Article 15. On the one hand it empowers its regulations, as happened in the last season, to players, referees, coaches and team officials to immediately report racism incidents.

In addition, there is a major change in the fine section, which increases to a maximum of five million Swiss francs (5,339.3 billion euros). FIFA also has the right to file an appeal before the Swiss Arbitration Court (TAS) against decisions in racist abuse cases, as well as intervening in cases where a member’s organization does not properly investigate racism incidents and process offenders or offenders.

All of these changes are included in sections 6 and 8 of Article 30. All member associations, beginning in Spain, must include these changes in their own discipline regulations, late December 31 of this year.

Other important changes

In addition, the new code introduces clearer provisions to address the challenges that creditors face when charging debts during procedures of motion and football losses. The new title represents a change from a function of counseling to another focused on active pursuit of ethical and discipline sins.
