Albert Ramos remains at the gate of the Gstaad final

Date:

the norwegian Casper Ruud and the italian Matteo Berrettinifirst and second seed, respectively, will play this Sunday in the final of the tournament Gstaad (Switzerland).

Berrettini won the Austrian in two sets Dominic Thiem and so did Ruud against the Spaniards Albert Ramos.

The Italian, who was the quarterfinal executioner of Spaniard Pedro Martínez, prevailed in one hour and 19 minutes of play by 6-1 and 6-4 and ended the Central European player’s recovery.

The Italian, who managed just one break of serve (in the second term, with the match on the track), thus extended his impressive winning streak to twelve matches since his return to the circuit. This year he has already won the Queens and Stuttgart tournaments.

Now he will fight for his third title against Ruud, who gave no chance to Ramos, whom he defeated in just one hour and three minutes 6-2, 6-0.

The Nordic player will also compete for his third tournament of the year, after winning in Buenos Aires and Geneva.
