The academy graduate of the charcuterie team returns to ElPozo after playing in Córdoba Futsal

This Thursday morning was presented Ricardo Mayor, who returns to ElPozo Murcia Costa Cálida after his experience in Córdoba. He was joined by the executive vice-president of the club, Kike Boned, who began by thanking him for returning home and wishing him good luck: “Within the club’s policy, it is the quarry, so Ricardo fulfills it. We understood that going to Córdoba was another step to grow. He has earned the chance to return to ElPozo ».

The new butcher took the floor and was enthusiastic: «I will come back with much more experience, I have learned a lot in Córdoba off the track. Every season is demanding here because ElPozo is obliged to win titles and here the maximum is demanded.

He admitted that the club has come out of a couple of years with bad records, but the question is the same: “Last season was the same as in recent years. As in previous seasons, the team is here to fight, win titles, be the best of himself, and so it shall be.”

Javi Rodríguez has not yet defined the roles within the squad: “It is still early to know the role of each. It’s the second week of training and it’s hard to know what Javi wants from all of us. I have come as closure and as a team player helping his teammates ».

In addition, he assured that the level of the competition has risen: “Recently the competition has become very even. There are always clubs that go above or below, but anyone can beat you.”

Finally, the mayor is clear about which competition has priority: “The most important thing is to win the competition. Then the Champions, Copa del Rey or Copa de España are important, but for me the league title is the most important.”

ElPozo Ciudad de Murcia, which will play in Segunda B under the command of Javier Uceda, knows all of its pre-season games in addition to the Ripollet Tournament dispute. Added to the youth squad are Hita, from Imperial FS, and Suko, who played in Cáceres last season.

Tomorrow Friday is the first game of the preseason. It’s at 8:00 PM against Móstoles in San Lorenzo de la Parrilla. On Thursday the 18th they will face FS VivoCuenca in the city of La Mancha, also at 8pm, and will play their first match in the Murcia region against La Nucía on Thursday, August 25th.

Already in September, the team from Uceda will play a triangle match in Ripollet against the local team and the subsidiary of FC Barcelona on 2 and 3. On Sunday 4, they will face Manresa to close the preseason in Elche against Irefrank.
