Yasemin Can reigned again in the 10,000 meters six years later

Yasemin Cana Turkish athlete of Kenyan descent, hung up the 10,000-meter gold medal in Munich that he had already won in Amsterdam European 2016after dominating a race where two Spaniards, Beatriz Alvarez and Maitane Melerofinished fifteenth and seventeenth, respectively.

The Asturian Beatrice Alvarez rookie in a fully European outdoors, finished fifteenth with a time of 33:04.18, 2:32 behind the winner, while Navarran Maitane Meleroeighth at the 2018 European Championship and current Spanish distance champion, finished penultimate in seventeenth place with 33:46.71.
