Tottenham have secured the signing of the young left-back Destiny Udoge after reaching an agreement with Udinese, where he will remain in the 2022-23 season on loan from the English club.
The London team completed the acquisition of the defender for 15 million pounds sterling. The protector of 19 years and U21 international in Italy, will sign a contract with Spurs until 2027. Udogie, however, will continue with Udinese this season on loan so that he can have continuity and maintain his evolution.

“We are pleased to announce the signing of Destiny Udogie from Udinese. The defender has reached an agreement to extend until 2027 and will return to the Serie A team on loan for the remainder of the 2022/23 season,” the London club said on its website.
Tottenham remembers Udoge bursting into the “ranks of Hellas Veronawhere Destiny made his professional debut in November 2020. The following year, he joined Udinese on loan, a deal that became permanent in July 2022.” In his debut season with the Italian team he made 37 appearing in all competitions and scoring five goals.
