The Lion’s SUVs are an interesting value proposition accumulating the largest market share within their registrations

Peugeot is adapting to the new times characterized by electrification. That is why the SUV range
-the one with the highest sales quota in his model catalog- take a step forward by creating plug-in versions of the 2008, 3008 and 5008. Three SUVs that respond to every imaginable family model, from a couple to those with more than three children.

The three models have a lot in common, but what unites them most is their adventurous nature, their magnificent handling and the reaction to the possible obstacles that you can encounter when you leave the asphalt.

We had the opportunity to view it on the winding roads that connect the Hayedo de Tejera Negra (Guadalajara) and the town of Burgo de Osma in Soria. The three models react nimblely on significant slopes, showed first-class grip in 360-degree turns and gave the necessary response when they had to overcome some overtaking maneuvers in very short stretches of sight.

Thanks to the ‘Grip Control’ technology and the four grip modes, the Peugeot 2008, 3008 and 5008
perform with ease in extreme conditions. Some ‘off-road’ performance reaches the highest level with electrification thanks to the 3008 Plug-In Hybrid4 300 4×4, with all-wheel drive.

The Peugeot 2008, 3008 and 5008 are also characterized by their design, the latest comfort and driver assistance technologies and powerful engines,
led by electrified alternatives which maintain the interior space despite finding a hole for the batteries.

Inside, they stand out for their modern lines and the equipment of the exclusive Peugeot i-Cockpit driving position. On the technological hatch, driving assistance, automatic emergency braking, collision warning, speed sign recognition or ‘park assist’ and the 360º vision camera, present in the 3008 and the 5008, stand out.

the 2008,
made in Vigo it is a city SUV. The new generation of Peugeot’s compact is available with petrol, diesel and an electric version of 100 kW (136 hp).

The 3008 has a front with vertical lines, a long and horizontal hood. The range has two plug-in hybrid alternatives, 225 hp and 300 hp respectively, which represent the pinnacle of performance. The Plug-in Hybrid4 300 version combines versatility and
four-wheel drive of a high-end SUV with up to 300 hp and a range of 50 km in electric mode.

At the wheel, it offers up to four different driving modes. The electric mode stands out for its level of comfort and driving pleasure, while the hybrid mode selects the optimal type of energy at all times to achieve minimum consumption. The sport mode, for its part, makes the most of the mechanics of these models by adding an electrical boost to their performance.

The 4WD mode is distinguished by a high level of safety and traction on difficult terrain, with the added possibility of circulating with electric propulsion at low speed. The result is a perfect bond. The power is evenly distributed to the 4 wheels of the vehicle on wet, muddy, snowy or winding roads.

The 5008 reaches the SUV segment with space and modularity as its features. With 7 seats as standard, it is able to offer a wide range of possibilities, both for the transport of people and for freight. Able to comfortably accommodate up to 7 passengers,
It has the largest suitcase in its categorywith 780 liters (in the 5-seater version).
