Madrid is continuing its plan to reduce emissions in the most central areas of the capital. If vehicles that were considered the most polluting last year were banned from accessing the streets in the M-30, the situation will be even more restrictive from January 1, 2023.

An unbadged car may run on the M-30 from 1 January 2023 if it meets one of the following requirements:

The entrances to the M-30 will be controlled by new devices that the Madrid City Council is finalizing for the measure that, let’s not forget, will come into force on January 1, 2023.
