The partnership between Citroën and Habitat Invest provides for the handing over of keys to an Ami to customers who sign a contract for the purchase of an apartment in the Aurya urbanization, in Loures, on the outskirts of Lisbon
Citroën and Habitat Invest have entered into an alliance that will result in the delivery of the keys and ownership of a 100% electric Ami to customers who sign a sales agreement, for the purchase of an integrated apartment in the future Aurya Development, which it will be built in Santo António dos Cavaleiros, in the Loures region. Construction on the first phase of the Aurya will begin in July and two more phases are planned for the next two years, with a total of 407 homes, each of which will have an Ami as additional equipment.
The contract stems from the environmental positioning planned for this future project, which includes an Ami, an innovative 100% electric mobility solution, not only as part of the equipment for the new home, but also as part of Habitat Invest’s sustainability commitment , responsible for the development of Aurya. “If we think about the personal life balance of our customers, their new home is equipped with an electric mobility solution, which will not only allow them to save more on small daily trips, but will also actively contribute to protecting the environment,” he says. The Ami is a 100% electric mobility solution that can be driven in Spain from the age of 15 with an “AM” card. This makes the Ami a practical and modern answer to the new challenges of individual mobility, combining form and practicality with the advantages of electrical energy in a clean mobility solution (zero CO2 emissions) and with very low running costs.
With a maximum range of 75 km, it is especially suitable for urban and suburban routes, allowing users to travel on a daily basis, such as to work, school, shopping or leisure. The compact dimensions of the Ami allow a high degree of freedom of movement with great maneuverability, even in areas with limited access. The 5.5 kWh lithium-ion battery that powers the 6 kW electric motor can be easily recharged in just 3 hours from a standard wall outlet.
