Arrest in Rosenheim – Wiener refused mask, attack on conductor

Date:

A Viennese man at the Rosenheim train station in Germany caused a riot and a police operation: the suspect proved incorrigible when the conductor pointed out to him on Tuesday evening that masks are mandatory on the train. He became abusive and went on the offensive.

The Viennese had been informed by the conductor in the evening at the train station about the obligation to wear a mask, but the suspect was apparently against the mask and refused to put on mouth and nose protection. He was then not allowed to travel by regional train.

Kicks with steel toe shoes
As a result, emotions ran high. According to the Rosenheim police, the alleged perpetrator started insulting the conductor, calling him, among other things, a “racist”. The suspected Viennese would also have become violent, crowding the person across the street and starting to kick the man with his steel-toed shoes.

The police were alerted and the suspect was arrested. Investigations were launched for insult and dangerous bodily harm.
