The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has reiterated its “urgent” call on Russians and Ukrainians to act with “maximum restraint” in the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant and maintains contacts to be able to send an expert mission “as soon as possible”. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyhas predicted that “if Russia’s radiation blackmail continues, this summer could go down in the history of several European countries as one of the most tragic of all time”.
