The least is located in the district of Lilienfeld (Lower Austria). The median purchase price for real estate there is 1360 euros. The median purchase price is below 3,000 euros in about a third of the 61 neighborhoods surveyed. In Vienna, the price level is now at 5420 euros, resulting in eighth place in Austria.
