The Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia has identified another man who may have provided false documentation and assisted Natalia Vovka preparing a homemade bomb to put in the car of Daria Douginadaughter of Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin, who was killed in an attack on 21 August.
