A spectacular car accident in Weng im Innkreis in Upper Austria claimed two lives on Saturday morning. The car went off the road and crashed into the wall of a house. Two men could only be found dead.
Large-scale operation in the village of Elling in Weng in the Innkreis. A car went off the road on the B 148 around 6 a.m. and collided with the outside wall of a farm with full force. The fire brigade, police and rescue services were alerted.
Unfortunately, the two occupants of the accident car – they were two men from Slovakia – could no longer be helped. They must have died instantly.

Only their bodies could be recovered. The cause of the accident is still unclear. A microsleep or a health problem cannot be ruled out. The wall of the house was badly damaged by the impact and a large hole was torn. Fortunately, the residents of the farm were not injured in the impact.
