Four people were injured in the head-on collision between two cars in Straß, in southern Styria. A 74-year-old woman was taken to hospital and a two-year-old boy was among the slightly injured.
According to the police, the 74-year-old woman from Leibnitz wanted to turn left from Dorfstraße onto the B69 around 9 p.m. However, she collided with a 27-year-old car from Ehrenhausen.
The man, his wife (25) and their two-year-old son suffered minor injuries in the crash. The 74-year-old driver was seriously injured. The ambulance transported her to the LKH Wagna. Both vehicles were declared a total loss. Two ambulances were deployed, the Ehrenhausen fire brigade, the Leibnitz road maintenance department and the Strass police station.
