It should have been an idyllic picture in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains. The snapshot ended with a cow in Söll in the Kufstein district in front of a German boy (9) in the hospital. When the boy wanted to pose for the photo, he fell to the ground due to a movement of the animal. He was badly injured.
The fatal accident happened around 12:20 p.m. on Sunday. During a walk, the 44-year-old mother wanted to take a picture of her children with a cow on a marked hiking trail in the “Au Hochalm” area.
“Your nine-year-old son has therefore been near a standing cow that was standing on the side of the path outside the walkway,” police said. However, nothing came of the snapshot.
Boy fell to the ground, taken to hospital by helicopter
Because the animal suddenly moved its head, causing the child to lose his balance. It then fell to the ground and suffered serious injuries to its arm. The boy was flown by the rescue helicopter to the hospital in Kufstein.
Similar case a few weeks ago
It is the second incident involving a cow in a few weeks. It wasn’t until August 21 that 44 American students and teachers had to be rescued in the vicinity of Kalkkoegel after they were allegedly attacked by a cow.
