Jenna and Craig leave hospital with their three children

Parents of the “one in 200 million” identical trio are celebrating their children’s first birthdays after naturally becoming pregnant against all odds. Gina Dowd and her husband, Craig, were shocked when doctors told their children that this was rare.

Now triples Jimmy, Jenson and Jackson celebrate their birthdays. Gina, from Frodsham, Cheshire, said, “They’ve already been through a lot in their young lives, so it’s going to be a big party for them and us.

“Being a mother is the best job I’ve ever had. It’s the hardest job, but I love it now, not least because of the lack of sleep and hospital visits. It’s hard, but I love it, I really do.”

The boys spent more than a month in the neonatal intensive care unit at Liverpool Women’s Hospital before being taken to hospital, the Mirror reported. Gina, 34, said she initially thought she had twins, which was later confirmed by screening, before the couple saw the third installment on screen.

He added, “After twenty minutes of examination, Craig said, ‘Is this the third act? And silence fell. The counselor said that in their 25 years of screening, they had never seen triplets and they all shared a placenta, which is extremely rare.

“I just thought, ‘How does this work in their hands?'” said Mr. Dudney, 35. And I thought it was a lot of nappies. The couple now had a carefully organized routine for caring for the boys.

“If they’re not in sync with each other even for 20 minutes, you’re going to fix one, and then the other wakes up and it might wake the baby who just slept,” Craig said. .

“Meal time is fun. I have to do before Gina eats them or if Gina eats two spoons, I go with the other one. Learn how to work with them.”

Triple Jensen, Jamie and Jackson Dodd were born at Liverpool Women’s Hospital

The couple launched the Cheshire Triplets Instagram page to share their daily routine with nearly 20,000 subscribers.

Mum Jenna said, “I am so interested in Instagram about the world having triplets or twins. They just want to know about life hacks, how things are done, and how I run three of them, so it was really good that resulted from it.”

Surprisingly, Gina had previously been told that the two children were girls and that she had previously collected 500 worth of children’s dresses. He explained, “I was delighted to have the best of both worlds.

I bought bags of girls’ clothes and accessories, like bushes and mannequins for girls. We also started looking for girls’ names. But I understand very well why an ultrasound corrects the gender for weeks because babies never fit.”
