The company again refers to the increased prices for additional quantities, but is willing to talk.
The Tyrolean (name known to the editors) switched to gas in 2013. The annual consumption of the six-person household is 65,000 kWh. “In the first four to five years we were a customer of Tigas-Erdgas Tirol GmbH, we had a very normal contract – not only for the network, but also for the gas supply,” he says. “That’s why we kept looking around to see if we could get the working rate cheaper from another provider. That’s legit. We switched back and forth every two years – consumer protection also constantly recommends this approach.”
