Security guards from the clinic in Hietzing blocked access to a young father and threatened him with dangerous gestures, the person concerned says. The hospital has a different view on this.
Actually, it should have been the most beautiful days in the life of the Viennese. He and his wife became parents a few days ago. Mother and child are doing well, but had to stay in the Hietzing clinic for a few days. “I visited her every day. The first three days it was no problem. But on the fourth day it was apparently one. As a family member I showed my bracelet and my negative PCR test, took a ticket and wanted the parking lot then a ‘security’ jumped in front of my car. Another hit the window wildly,” reports the Viennese.
A discussion then ensued. The young father recalls: “I didn’t understand a gentleman very well and I told him to get someone else. So he performed the ‘head-off’ gesture.” Although the clinic’s doorman had allowed him to drive in, he was refused entry by the guards.
“After further insults, I drove off, parked my car outside and walked in at another entrance. I filed a report that same evening.” The police confirmed the complaint because of “dangerous threats” and launched an investigation.
Clinic has a different view on the incident
The Vienna Health Association is aware of the incident, but has a different opinion: “Even after repeated requests from security officials, the complainant refused to show a PCR test. had blocked the entrance to the clinic, suddenly drove away and tried to drive through the barrier at the entrance, almost ran over the foot of a security guard.’ Nor had there been any threat.
The young father: “That’s all wrong. I’ll probably have to expand my ad.”
