Not because of “The Post brings something for everyone”. In Altenberg, Upper Austria, a family has been waiting for important mail for ten days, such as their daughter’s driver’s license. The reason for the delay is more than unusual.
The “Krone” story about the mail delivery problems caused quite a stir. A “Krone” reader from Altenberg reported having a particularly strange experience with the post office. “My daughter has passed her driver’s license and is now waiting for the document from Vienna. But we have been waiting for ten days. When we asked about it, we were also assured that the driver’s license had been sent,” says the Altenberger. And because he and his daughter naturally wanted the banknote quickly in the form of a credit card, they went to investigate.
