On Tuesday, based on an anonymous tip, police officers searched an apartment in Kirchdorf an der Krems (Lower Austria). Law enforcement officers had to harvest numerous plants.
During the search, a “grow tent” and accessories were found. Due to the professionalism of the rearing, it must be assumed that the suspect, a 41-year-old from the Kirchdorf district, has already grown and harvested several “batches” of cannabis herb.
For criminal investigation
Since many of the seized plants have not yet been harvested, this work must now be carried out by police officers so that the plants can then be subject to criminal investigation. The suspect is reported to the public prosecutor of Steyr.
