An ex-politician from the Kirchdorf district of Upper Austria is said to have coerced women with an insidious scam. The first results of the study will be available in early November.
As reported, investigations into unauthorized video recording (Article 120 of the Criminal Code) and sexual abuse of a defenseless or mentally handicapped person against the retired and ex-local politician from Kirchdorf district are ongoing.
The suspect was caught when a passerby saw him installing mini cameras in a public toilet in Schörfling am Attersee. During the subsequent search of the house, police officers discovered pornographic images on a mobile phone, laptop and tablet. Among the victims are minors.
Abused with sex toys
The alleged perpetrator drugged at least two women with knockout drops and sleeping pills, then took photos and videos of them in sexual poses, and abused the defenseless with sex toys for his private pornography.
The suspect is said to have undressed, photographed, then dressed and even moved the unconscious women. It might just be the tip of the iceberg. It is currently being determined, a result is expected in early November.
