In the night of Sunday an agricultural building including a stable in Schwarzenberg (Vorarlberg) caught fire and burned out completely. Fortunately, neither people nor animals were injured. The cause of the fire is currently still under investigation.
Saturday evening around 11:30 p.m., a neighbor noticed that a remote cottage in the Schwarzenberg neighborhood was on fire. He immediately alerted the emergency services, who immediately moved in. Arriving on site, the Floriani disciples had to realize that the building and stable were already completely on fire.
Difficult conditions for Florianis
The extinguishing work was difficult, on the one hand the wind constantly changed direction, on the other hand the fire brigade had to lay a 500 meter long fire line to Alberschwende. Fortunately, no one was injured in the fire and no animals.
150 firefighters were at work, the two buildings burned to the ground. The cause of the fire is not yet known and the investigation is ongoing.
