A 35-year-old drove way too fast on the S31 in the municipality of Marz in Burgenland: The speeder was arrested by the police and made a report. However, he couldn’t get a driver’s license – because that was the case a few weeks ago.
A driver from the Oberwart district had bad luck: he overtook a civilian patrol of the Burgenland Public Service with his car and accelerated to 190 km/h instead of the permitted 100 km/h.
Man as ‘repeat offenders’
The 35-year-old was arrested and checked by officers. During the interrogation, it turned out that the man did not have a driver’s license. This was taken from him two weeks ago for speeding in another state: display!
