Kiev mayor Vitaliy Klitschkó has reported a new attack by Russia on the Ukrainian capital that has hit an electricity supply.
“Explosions again in Kiev this morning. Desnyan neighborhood. Critical infrastructure installation. All (emergency) services are in place,” he wrote on Telegram.
The deputy head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, has indicated that there have been three explosions in an electrical infrastructure in the part of Kiev, located on the left bank of the Dnieper River, and according to Ukrainskaya Pravdasome sectors of the capital have been left without electricity.
Russian attacks have also been recorded in Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhya, Kharkov, Krivoy Rog and Dnipro, in southern and eastern Ukraine. There is no water or electricity in Zhytomyr, said the mayor, Sheriy Sukhomlyn. Kharkov governor Oleg Sinegubov has assured Russia that eight missiles have been launched.

The president has denounced that an S-300 missile destroyed a house in Mykolaiv, killing one person, and also attacked a flower market. “With these actions, the terrorist state does not change anything for itself. It only reaffirms its destructive and murderous essence, to which it will respond without fail,” he said.
