The group ULMAconsisting of nine cooperatives, is established studying the possibility of leaving the Mondragon Corporationas confirmed by EITB Media.
It so happens that the cooperative Orona studies leaving the group; in mid-December it will even discuss this possibility with its corporatists. Previously, the Irizar group and the cooperative company AMPO already left Mondragon in 2008.
Apparently, ULMA and Orona have certain disagreements with the Corporation, especially since Congress in July 2016.
ULMA is a group of nine cooperatives. It has been in existence for 61 years, employs about 5,500 professionals and annually invoices about 900 million euros in turnover.
