After the award of the tenders, the acquiring company(s) must carry out the works within 24 months.
The public limited company of the Basque government Visesa has launched a tender for 10.1 million euros (excluding VAT) for the construction work of 60 official shelters in Amurrio (Álava) and another 24 listed houses in Sopela (Bizkaia).
According to the competition rules, this includes the execution of works for the construction of 60 VPOa, with its outbuildings and urbanization on a plot of Sapur-1, in Amurrio.
The second lot of the same tender includes the construction of 24 VPOa, with its outbuildings and associated urbanization in the Loiola sector of Sopela.
After award, the company that wins the tender must carry out the works within 24 months.
Companies interested in carrying out the works have until November 28 to present their offers.
