Of the 19 countries sharing the euro, the highest inflation rates were recorded in Estonia (22.4%), Lithuania (22%), Latvia (21.8%) and the Netherlands (16.8%). The smallest price increases occurred in France (7.1%), Spain (7.3%) and Malta (7.5%).
